If your account is configured to use single sign-on, when you go to sign in to the NewVoiceMedia platform using the single sign-on URL, a Salesforce or Microsoft button (or both) appearsone or more of the SalesforceMicrosoft and Vonage buttons appear.

Note

Currently, configuring single sign-on for your Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) account enables same sign-on; same sign-on means that you must re-enter your VBC credentials to log in to NewVoiceMedia even if you are already logged in to your VBC account.

If you have access to more than one account linked to the Salesforce account you used to log in, you can switch to other accounts. To switch accounts, go to the User Info menu and click Switch Account.

How do I log in through Vonage?

To log in to the NewVoiceMedia platform, click Vonage.

You are redirected to a Vonage login page. Log in to your VBC account. You are logged in and redirected back to the NewVoiceMedia platform.
