Log a Call freezes when an agent saves notes (Bug Fix)

Previously, copying text into the Log A Call component's text area using the mouse didn't save the content. The agents had to type or copy the text using the keyboard shortcuts. This issue has been resolvedIn situations where a substantial number of agents are concurrently active, there have been instances where the Log a Call component would grey out when an agent attempts to save notes. To address this, certain actions in Log a Call have been optimized that were previously causing records to be locked, reducing the frequency with which agents encounter this problem.
