1. Go to the Administration Setup Page in Salesforce.
2. On the left-hand side of the Salesforce window, in the App Setup section, expand Customize.
3. In the expanded list of items, expand Contacts and then click Search Layouts. Contact Search Layouts appears.

4. Locate the 'Contacts List View' in the list. Click Edit alongside Contacts List View. Contacts List View appears.Image Removed

5. In the Custom Buttons section, select Create Dial List in the Available Buttons box. Click Add to include the button in the Selected Buttons box.
   If the button is not available, you must create a custom button. For information about creating a custom button, see Creating a Create Dial List button for a standard object.Image Removed

6. Click Save. Repeat the procedure for other list views which need and have available a similar button.
