We only support using ContactPad with WebRTC:

  • On clouds 11, 16 and 17
  • When using the WebRTC for ContactWorld extension in Chrome

  • In the most recent version of Google Chrome™ for Windows and Mac OS X

    We develop and test the WebRTC for ContactWorld extension in the latest version of Google Chrome™ only. However, users report that the ContactPad with WebRTC feature works well in Mozilla® Firefox®. For information about using ContactPad with WebRTC in Firefox, see ContactPad and WebRTC in Firefox browsers.
