Applets are the building blocks of your interaction plan.

How do I delete an applet or applets?

To delete an existing applet, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Interaction Architect. For information on accessing Interaction Architect, see Accessing Interaction Architect.
  2. In the Phone Number Configuration section, optionally filter the list of available telephone numbers and named routes. Select the number or named route from which you want to delete an applet or applets. Click Display Selection.

The Applet List, Applet Manager, Transfer Manager, and Service and Visualization areas appear in the Phone Number Directory section.

  4. To delete one or more applets, select the check boxes alongside the names of the applet. Click the Delete button. (The Delete button appears at the end of the list of applets. You may need to scroll down to see the button.)
    • If you select 10 or more applets or all applets in your interaction plan, a warning dialog box appears displaying a "To permanently delete the x selected applets, please type "DELETE" and click OK." message. Type DELETE and click OK to confirm deletion. Click Cancel to cancel deletion.
    • If you individually select from one through nine applets—but not all the applets in your interaction plan—a confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to confirm deletion. Click Cancel to cancel deletion.
