This post is to notify you of the possibility that some of the features in the Spring ’17 Release may be delayed.
Sometimes, to ensure that we maintain the high standards our customers are accustomed to, we need to delay the release of certain features. In this case, some of our US customers will not have access to four features as previously stated. These features are listed below. This delay will not affect any of the functionality that those affected currently enjoy within
- Agent Session Management
- Intended State
- Disposition Codes (Pilot)
- API (Pilot)
As you can see, two of these features are currently on our pilot program and will not affect your expected experience.
We are working to rectify this situation as quickly as we can. If you do not have access to these features and have an urgent need for them, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team, who may be able to prioritize your request.
