When you are logged in to Salesforce and ContactPad, and you are assigned to one or more Dial Lists, you are ready to make calls.

To initiate calls, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ContactPad. For information about ContactPad, see Getting Started with the ContactPad.
  2. Click the Dialler tab. Your dialer launch page appears.
  3. Click Click to begin dialling. The first customer detail record in your list appears, and, if the Dial List mode is Automatic, the Dialer calls the customer.
