Click to dial is a Salesforce feature and is part of Salesforce's OpenCTI API.

If you have installed ContactWorld into Salesforce but Click to dial is not working, perform the following tasks:

  • Check that you have correctly configured ContactWorld as a call center in Salesforce. For information about adding ContactWorld as a call center, see Importing Call Center definition.
  • Check that ContactWorld is linked correctly to your Salesforce API user account. For information about linking ContactWorld to your Salesforce account, see Linking ContactWorld to a Salesforce account.
