To make the Dial List description available for agents to view while making Connect calls, perform following steps:

  1. Go to the Administration Setup Page in Salesforce.
  2. On the left-hand side of the Salesforce window, in the App Setup or Build section, expand Create and then Global Actions.
  3. In the expanded list of items, click Publisher LayoutsGlobal Publisher Layout appears.

You can add the Dial list info action to any page layout or layouts that you use for your users. These steps add the action to the global publisher layout, which subsequently adds the action to every page layout that uses the global publisher layout. For information about global publisher layouts, see Salesforce help. If you want to add the Dial list info action directly to an individual page layout, for information about adding an action to a page layout, see Salesforce help.
  4. Locate Global Layout and click Edit alongside. Global Layout appears in edit mode.
  5. In the top section, click Quick Actions. The available actions appear.

Drag Dial list info to the Quick Actions in the Salesforce Classic Publisher area.
