The Dial In Config applet contains multiple configurations, or call plans. You can provide up to 10 different configurations. The configurations simply specify the applet that the call is routed to next. You must select the active configuration.
You can then use the applet to divert calls to a different configuration. For information on using the Dial In Config applet, see Changing the active interaction plan remotely.
Use the Dial In Config applet as one of the first applets in your call plan—you do not want to route a call through many other applets before you divert the call to an announcement that informs them that no agents are available to answer their call.
Configuration Options
Field | Options | Description |
---|---|---|
Next Applet n | List of available applets | The applet that the call is routed to if the selected configuration is n. |
AltText n | Text | If you do not provide an audio file, you can type text that ContactWorld converts to speech. The speech is played if the selected configuration is n. |
Announcement n | Audio (.wav) file | The audio file that contains the announcement that is played if the selected configuration is n. Click Choose File to launch an Open dialog box. Select the audio file you want to use for the announcement. |
Select your configuration | Number | Select the number of the configuration you want to use as the default when a call is routed to this applet. If you dial in to change the configuration used, this value is updated accordingly. |
