To access Interaction Architect, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ContactWorld as a supervisor. For information on logging in to ContactWorld, see Logging in to ContactWorld.
    • If you are the supervisor of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access Interaction Architect for, and click Select.
    ContactWorld appears.

  2. From the ContactWorld homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.

    In the menu that appears, click Interaction Architect. Interaction Architect appears.

You can now use Interaction Architect to create your interaction plan.
