To install Vonage Contact Center into Salesforce, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.
  2. In another browser window, go to https://nvm.force.com/hub/s/package-install-link-and-password on the Vonage Contact Center Community Hub. If you are prompted to log in to the Community Hub, do so.

  3. After reading the information on the page that appears, click either the Production or the Sandbox installation link as appropriate for your Salesforce org. The upgrade page appears.

  4. Click Install for All Users.
    Click Install.
    The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.

You must now configure your installation of Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce. For information about configuring Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce, see Configuring Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce.
