How do I access Users?

Users is the area within the NewVoiceMedia platform in which you can create, edit and delete users.

To access Users, perform the following steps: 

  1. Log in to the NewVoiceMedia platform as a supervisor or administrator. For information about logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platform, see Logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platform.

  2. From the NewVoiceMedia platform homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.

    In the menu that appears, click Users. Users appears.

    Users appears, containing a list of all of the users in your account.
