Summary
Lightning Log a Call Improvements (Enhancement)
This feature will provide greater feature parity between Salesforce classic and Lightning version of the Log a Call component.
Agent changes
The Lightning Log a Call component now supports the DATE field type in Salesforce when configured as an additional field.
Log a Call auto-collapse on Disposition Code Setting (Enhancement)
The Log a Call component, when configured with collapsing of notes, will now collapse on the automatic disposition of a call.
Agent changes
Agents will see the Log a Call panel collapse when a call is automatically dispositioned based on it's SIP code.
Better Agent Guidance for Enforced Disposition Codes (Enhancement)
This feature provides agents with better guidance when they are using Log a Call with Enforced Disposition Codes.
Agent changes
When an agent saves their notes in Log a Call, but they have not provided a disposition code they will now be alerted to this.
