Router - Percentage applet
Overview
The Router - Percentage applet routes a set percentage of interactions to each of up to four applets. You can use this applet to split interactions across different handling strategies in a single call flow.
For example, you can send:
50% to a Call Recording applet.
20% to a Take Message applet.
30% to a Call Forward applet.
In this example, of ten interactions, five are recorded, two result in a message, and three are forwarded.
Set the percentage for Options 1–3. The percentage for Option 4 is worked out automatically from the others.

Number of calls taken | Read-only | The total number of calls routed to each applet. Resets when you click Update. |
