Permission Sets (Bug fix)

Agent changes

Salesforce's Winter '19 release includes a change to their permissions model. Once you upgrade Users will see warning messages in ContactPad unless they have the required permissions. 

Here is an example:

To mitigate this change, the following Apex Classes has been added to the ContactWorld Agent permission set:

• ActiveCallNotificationService

• SearchAndScreenPopHandler

• outboundCallService

Salesforce administrator changes

If you have cloned or copied permissions from the ContactWorld Agent permission set to custom a profile or permission set then you should update them to ensure your agents are given access to the Apex Classes listed in Agent changes.
