To see the number of calls agents have skipped or completed for a particular Dial List, check the Outstanding Calls, Completed Calls and Skipped Calls statistics directly on the Dial List detail page.
To see the number of skipped or completed calls within multiple Dial Lists, create a standard report in Salesforce. Use either Processed Dial Entry or Processed Dial Entry with Dial List as the report type.
Connect also provides a reference to the Dial List for which a call was made in the Task the Connect created for that call. This reference appears in the custom field NVMConnect__DialList__c.
To report on tasks that relate to a Dial List, create a standard report in Salesforce using the Activities with Dial Lists report type.
