You can integrate NewVoiceMedia into your existing Desk.com to give agents a single desktop to work from. After you configure NewVoiceMedia within Desk.com, ContactPad is available in Desk.com. Integrating NewVoiceMedia with Desk.com provides basic telephony features with inbound screen pops, outbound Click to dial, and call logging.
