When creating a dial list, supervisors will be able to select a lookup field from the record to be presented to the agent rather than the original entry record. Call tasks will also be linked to the presented object. Supervisors will also be able to select a custom lookup from task to use to store the focus object ID to enable cadence processes to correctly work against Next Contact Time on the focus object.
