Summary

Added support for Permissible Call Times (multiple time zones) in Connect

Supervisor changes

Supervisors can define a time window for a Dial List during which the entries from that list will be retrieved when the Agent is working with Connect

Agent changes

Agent when assigned to Dial List with specified Permissible Call Times will not receive any entries outside the specified time window.

Salesforce administrator changes

Note that the following steps can be ignored if you are not upgrading from a previous version.

The fields NVMConnect_PermissibleCallTimesStartTime__c and NVMConnect_PermissibleCallTimesEndTime__c should be be added to the Dial List page layout.

Improved Query Performance when Assigning Users to Dial Lists

Supervisor changes

Some supervisors were reporting seeing query timeout errors when clicking the Assign Users button on the Dial List.  We've addressed the issue by reviewing our code and applying Salesforce best practices.
