Supervisors can define a time window for a Dial List during which the entries from that list will be retrieved when the Agent is working with Connect
Agent changes
Agent when assigned to Dial List with specified Permissible Call Times will not receive any entries outside the specified time window.

Note that the following steps can be ignored if you are not upgrading from a previous version.
The fields NVMConnect_PermissibleCallTimesStartTime__c
and NVMConnect_PermissibleCallTimesEndTime__c
should be be added to the Dial List page layout.
