In NewVoiceMedia there are three levels of user types. At the top level a NewVoiceMedia platform user can be an agent or a supervisor. For information on agents and supervisors, see Agents and supervisors in the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
A supervisor can have a user type of either customer or reseller. For information on user types, see Vonage Contact Center user types.
Customers and resellers can have one of four different roles within each of the call center accounts that they have access to: Wallboard, Normal User, Nominee, and Reseller (reseller user type only).
