From this dialog box, you can send an email invitation to a video meeting to your contact's email address. Type their email address into the Email address field and click Send meeting link.

Alternatively, you may see a Phone number field instead of Email address. If so, you can send an SMS invitation to a video meeting to your contact's telephone number. Type your contact's telephone number into the Phone number field in E.164 format and click Send meeting link. For information about E.164 format, see Telephone number formats in Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce. If you provide a telephone number in national format an error will appear in ContactPad. SMS messages are sent from a UK telephone number. Some contacts may not be able to receive SMS messages from a UK number and will not therefore receive the SMS invitation. In such cases, you should send the meeting link using the alternative method as described later in this page. |
Alternatively you can click Copy to clipboard to copy the meeting link and send the invitation in a different way.
