To log out of Agent Workspace, click your avatar or the profile icon in the top banner. In the menu that appears, click Logout. Logging out of Agent Workspace also logs you out of Vonage Contact Center.

We recommend that you always log out of Agent Workspace at the end of your shift otherwise Vonage Contact Center can still route calls to you. You can’t log out while you have one or more interactions in progress. If you have ongoing interactions, complete them before you try to log out again. If you intend to log in on another device — for example, if you log into different devices in the office and when working at home — you should log out of your current device first, otherwise, VCC will route calls to both. |
