Agent Workspace
Agent Workspace is a standalone intelligent agent interface within Vonage Contact Center. Administrators can integrate Agent Workspace with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Using Agent Workspace, agents can interact with contacts using calls, chats, and emails. CRM integrations provide agents with information related to their contacts during interactions.
Call-only accounts
Some accounts may be configured for calls only. In such accounts, features related to message-based interactions (chats, emails, and so on) will not be available.
