To log out of Agent Workspace, click your avatar or the profile icon in the top banner. In the menu that appears, click Logout. Logging out of Agent Workspace also logs you out of Vonage Contact Center.

We recommend that you always log out of Agent Workspace at the end of your shift otherwise Vonage Contact Center can still route calls to you.
You can’t log out while you have one or more interactions in progress. If you have ongoing interactions, complete them before you try to log out again.
