In NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center there are three levels of user types. At the top level a NewVoiceMedia platform VCC Admin Portal user can be an agent or a supervisor. For information on agents and supervisors, see Agents and supervisors in the NewVoiceMedia platformVonage Contact Center.

A supervisor can have a user type of either customer or reseller. For information on user types, see NewVoiceMedia platform Vonage Contact Center user types.

Customers and resellers can have one of four different roles within each of the call center accounts that they have access to: Wallboard, Normal User, Nominee, and Reseller (reseller user type only).
