To assign an Historical Analytics license to a user, perform the following steps:
- Go to User Admin.
- Locate the user you want to assign with Historical Analytics license.
- When you find the user you want to edit, click Edit. The user's details appear.
- Open License Status section, you will see the Analytics (beta) dropdown. You can choose from None, Viewer or Creator licenses.Choose a license you want to assign to a user. the Licenses section, and then Products. In Analytics, select the applicable license to assign to the user.
- Click Save to save your settings.

Only Supervisors and Administrators can be assigned with Analytics licenses. For Admin users, the viewer license is set by default. Admin users can, however, be assigned the higher—creator—license. |
