To upgrade to the latest version of ContactWorld in Salesforce, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.

  2. Open the following URL in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce:
    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tA0000000KLfk (version 16.100)

    To install ContactWorld for Salesforce into a test environment, use the following URL:
    https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tA0000000KLfk (version 16.100)

    The installation page appears.

  3. In the field labelled This app is password protected., type the password provided to you.
    Click Install for All Users.
    Click Install.
    The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.

You must now configure your installation of ContactWorld in Salesforce. For information about configuring ContactWorld, see Configuring ContactWorld in Salesforce.
