The Send E-mail applet sends an email when a call is routed through the applet.
You can only use this applet in an interaction plan that routes calls, and not other types of interactions.
E-mail Settings

| E-mail address sent from | String in email address format | The email address that the email appears to be sent from. Changing this address increases the risk of the email being flagged as spam. |
| E-mail address(es) to send to | String or strings in email address format | The email address or addresses to which the applet sends the email. Separate multiple addresses with semicolons. |
| E-mail priority indicator | High, Med, Low | The priority flag of the email. |
| E-mail message subject | Text | The subject of the email. |
| E-mail message body | Text | The body of the email message. |
