Send E-mail applet


The Send E-mail applet sends an email when a call is routed through the applet.

You can only use this applet in an interaction plan that routes calls, and not other types of interactions.

E-mail address sent from

String in email address format

The email address that the email appears to be sent from.

All emails from VCC come from the same email address: noreply@cc.vonage.com. Users should add this email address to their list of safe senders.

E-mail address(es) to send to

String or strings in email address format

The email address or addresses to which the applet sends the email. Separate multiple addresses with semicolons.

E-mail priority indicator

High, Med, Low

The priority flag of the email.

E-mail message subject

Text

The subject of the email.

E-mail message body

Text

The body of the email message.
