Send E-mail applet
The Send Email applet sends an email when an interaction is routed through the applet.
The Send Email applet cannot be used in a Post Call Named Route.
Email settings
Field | Options | Description |

From address | String in email address format | The email address that the email appears to be sent from. All emails from VCC come from the same email address: noreply@cc.vonage.com. Users should add this email address to their list of safe senders. |
To addresses | String or strings in email address format | The email address or addresses to which the applet sends the email. Separate multiple addresses with semicolons or commas. |
Priority | High, Med, Low | The priority flag of the email. |
Subject | Text | The subject of the email. You can use a combination of text and data sources. The data sources are placeholders for the data sources' values at run time. Vonage Contact Center replaces the placeholders with values before sending the SMS. Use the following format to specify a placeholder for a data source:
