When a supervisor creates a Dial List, they can include notes for the agents making the calls. For information on Dial Lists and Dial Entries, see Dial Lists and Dial Entries.

To view Dial List notes, perform the following steps:

  1. Initiate a call. For information about initiating calls, see Initiating calls.
  2. In the blue area above the customer detail record, click Show Dial List Info. A Description field containing any notes provided by the supervisor who created the Dial List appears in the blue area.

    The Description field remains displayed for subsequent customer detail records, unless you click Hide Dial List Info.
