ContactWorld is integrated with Salesforce1 meaning that agents can call their contacts straight from the Salesforce1 app on their mobile phone. Making a call using the NVM Call button in Salesforce 1, results in ContactWorld logging that call in Salesforce. The call is recorded and logged in the same way as if the call is made using ContactPad.
