Before you can install Connect, you must contact your account manager for the URL to the latest installation package.

To use Connect, install the software onto the host Salesforce Org by performing the following tasks:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.
  2. Open the following URL in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce:
    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tb0000000Uu7z (version 2.5.4)

    To install ContactWorld into a Salesforce test environment, use the following URL:
    https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tb0000000Uu7z (version 2.5.4)

    The installation page appears.

  3. Type the password given to you when you purchased your Connect licenses. Click Submit. The Package Installation Details page appears. 

  4. Click Continue. The Approve Third-Party Access dialog box appears.
  5. Select Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites. Click Continue. The Step 1. Approve Package API Access page appears.
  6. Allow access to the objects as required by selecting the appropriate check box. Click Next. The Step 2. Choose security level page appears.
  7. Check the security level you require. Click Next. The Step 3. Install Package page appears.
  8. Click Install. When the software is installed, the Installed Package Detail page appears.
