Installing the latest version of Connect
Before you can install Connect, you must contact your account manager for the URL to the latest installation package.
If you are upgrading Connect, before you proceed, you must read and follow any applicable instructions in Upgrading to latest version of Connect.
To use Connect, install the software onto the host Salesforce Org by performing the following tasks:
- Log into the host Salesforce Org.
Open the URL that Vonage Contact Center provides you in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce. The installation page appears.
Type the password that Vonage Contact Center provides you. Click Submit. The Package Installation Details page appears.
Click Submit. The Package Installation Details page appears.
- Click Continue. The Approve Third-Party Access dialog box appears.
- Select Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites. Click Continue. The Step 1. Approve Package API Access page appears.
- Allow access to the objects as required by selecting the appropriate check box. Click Next. The Step 2. Choose security level page appears.
- Check the security level you require. Click Next. The Step 3. Install Package page appears.
- Click Install. When the software is installed, the Installed Package Detail page appears.
