Summary
Added a Lightning web component (LWC) to show the number of outstanding calls in a dial list

Supervisor changes
The number of the outstanding calls for the dial list can now be found in the dialListStatistics component in the dial list detail page.
Salesforce administrator changes
Add the dialListStatistics LWC to the dial list layout. This component replaces the Outstanding Calls fields in dial list and dial list agent objects. Remove these fields from the page layout as these fields will no longer be updated.
