ContactWorld for Desk.com (CW4DC) integrates ContactWorld into your existing Desk.com. After you configure CW4DC, ContactPad is available within Desk.com, giving agents a single desktop to work from. CW4DC provides a basic telephony integration with inbound screen pops, outbound Click to dial, and call logging.
