Supervisor changes
The number of outstanding calls and the number of agents assigned to a dial list is now visible in the Dial List statistics and in list views that show Dial Lists.
Salesforce administrator changes
Note that the following steps can be ignored if you are not upgrading from a previous version.
The fields NVMConnect_Calls_Outstanding__c
and NVMConnect__List_Entries__c
on NVMConnect_DialList__c
are no longer used and should be removed.
The field NVMConnect_Outstanding_Calls__c
should be be added to page layouts that show NVMConnect_DialList__c
.
Add the Agents Assigned
field to the Dial List page layout:
