Depending on which features are enabled and configured for your account, Vonage Contact Center (VCC) might send emails to VCC users.

All emails from VCC come from the same email address: noreply@cc.vonage.com. Users should add this email address to their list of safe senders.

Emails from applets

Users can configure VCC to send emails from the following applets:

Emails from Stats and Reports

Users can configure the Stats and Reports area of the VCC Admin Portal to send statistics and reports in an email. For information about creating and running reports, see Creating a profile and Running a report.

Account- and password-related emails

VCC can also send account- and password-related emails to a VCC user, for example, a Welcome email when the user is created or a Password Reset email if the user clicks the forgotten password link.
