Emails from Vonage Contact Center
Depending on which features are enabled and configured for your account, Vonage Contact Center (VCC) might send emails to VCC users.
All emails from VCC come from the same email address: noreply@cc.vonage.com. Users should add this email address to their list of safe senders.
Emails from applets
Users can configure VCC to send emails from the following applets:
IVR Send Questionnaire. For information about the IVR Send Questionnaire applet, see IVR Send Questionnaire applet.
Send E-mail. For information about the Send E-mail applet, see Send E-mail applet.
Take Message. For information about the Take Message applet, see Take Message applet.
VoiceMail. For information about the VoiceMail applet, see VoiceMail applet.
Account- and password-related emails
VCC can also send account- and password-related emails to a VCC user, for example, a Welcome email when the user is created or a Password Reset email if the user clicks the forgotten password link.
