How do I log in to ContactWorld?

You can access ContactWorld through a web interface. When you attempt to access ContactWorld, the Login page appears.

Two log in options are available to users of ContactWorld on the Login page:

  • Portal Login ContactWorld supervisors must log in using the Portal Login option to configure interaction plans, monitor agent activity, configure users, and so on.
  • Agent Login Page ContactWorld agents can log in using the Agent Login Page option, which provides a micro-browser showing the agent their state and allowing them to make and transfer calls. For more information about logging in as a ContactWorld agent, see Getting started with ContactPad.

You cannot add a bookmark the login area. Instead, add a bookmark the main ContactWorld URL or the ContactWorld homepage after logging in.

To log in as a ContactWorld supervisor, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.

    • If you provide incorrect or invalid details, you receive an error message.

    • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password?. Type your username and email address in the page that appears. Click Email Password Reset Link. You are sent an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email.

  2. If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.

    Select the account from the list and click Select.

    You are logged in. The ContactWorld homepage appears. For information about the ContactWorld homepage, see ContactWorld user interface.
