How do I log in to ContactWorld?

You can access ContactWorld through a web interface. When you attempt to access ContactWorld, the Login page appears.

If your account is configured to use single sign-on, you can also log in through your Salesforce or Microsoft account or both. For information about logging in using single sign-on, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal using single sign-on or Logging in to ContactPad using single sign-on.

The first time you log in to ContactWorld, you must set a password for your account. For information about setting your password for the first time, see Setting a password for ContactWorld.

After you have chosen a password, you can log in to ContactWorld using that password.

 ContactWorld login

You cannot add a bookmark the login area. Instead, add a bookmark the main ContactWorld URL or the ContactWorld homepage after logging in.

To log in as a ContactWorld supervisor, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.

    • If you provide incorrect or invalid details, or if your account has been locked, you receive an error message.

    • If you provide your correct login details but your account is already locked, you receive an Account Locked email with instructions to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld password.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld password.
    • If your password has expired, you are prompted to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld password.
  2. If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.

    Select the account from the list and click Select.
