As part of our rebranding, we have updated our URLs from *newvoicemedia.com to *cc.vonage.com. For more information, see Launch of the new web address for VCC — vonage.com.

To migrate to these new URLs, perform the following steps to update the URLs in your systems.

1. Firewall allowlist

Add the new URLs using the *cc.vonage.com domain to your firewall allowlist.
For information about configuring your firewall, see Firewall configuration.

2. Browser bookmarks

Update any bookmarks in your browser that currently use the *newvoicemedia.com URLs to the new *cc.vonage.com URLs.

3. Feature configuration

Update the URLs in your configuration settings for the following features. Review the content in the linked pages and update the URLs in your configurations where applicable. 

Single sign-on

Update any bookmarks or configuration relating to single sign-on. For more information, see Configuring single sign-on.

Audible notifications

Allow browser notifications for the new URLs when prompted or within any centralized IT policies. For more information, see Call notifications in ContactPad.

Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce

Update the URL stored within VCC for Salesforce package configuration. For more information, see Configuring your Salesforce call center to use Vonage Contact Center in your region and Upgrade instructions for improved disaster recovery for more information.

Update any stored Call Recording links with Salesforce. For more information, see Adding a call recording link to Salesforce tasks.

Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice in Salesforce

Update the URL stored within Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice in Salesforce package configuration. For more information, see Setting up agents in Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice in Salesforce.

Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow

Update the URL stored within Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow configuration. For more information, see Configuring Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow.

ContactPad Anywhere

Update the URL stored with the ContactPad Anywhere browser extension configuration. For more information, see Using ContactPad Anywhere.

Webchat (beta)

Update the URL used to embed Native Webchat within Salesforce. For more information, see Configuring Webchat.

APIs

Update API endpoints within any custom integration to use the new URLs.

Salesforce Unite (deprecated)

Update the Vonage Contact Center URL for the region you are in. For more information, see Overriding the Vonage Contact Center node used to route cases.
