You can access ContactWorld through a web interface. Two login options are available to users of ContactWorld on the main page:
- Administration Login Administrators of ContactWorld must log in using the Administration Login option to configure call plans, monitor agent activity, configure users, and so on.
- Agent Login ContactWorld agents can log in using the Agent Login option, which provides a micro-browser showing the agent their state and allowing them to make and transfer calls. For more information about logging in as a ContactWorld agent, see Getting started with ContactPad.
To log in as a ContactWorld administrator, perform the following steps:
In the Administrator Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.
- If you provide incorrect or invalid details, you receive an error message.
- If you have forgotten you password, click Forgot your password?. Type your username and email address in the page that appears. Click Submit. You are sent an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to administer.
Select the account from the list and click Select.
