Removing automatic dial list refresh configuration
This page shows how to remove Salesforce processes that were used to refresh dial lists in your org. You can read about dynamic dial lists here.
Removing automatic dial list refreshing
Automatic refreshes used the Salesforce's Process Builder. For information about the process builder, see Salesforce help. If you used the process builder to refresh lists, you must remove those processes from your org.
If any of the processes perform actions other than refreshing Dial Lists, ensure that you no longer need to perform those actions. If you do still require these actions, do not remove the processes until you have made alternative arrangements for the actions.
To remove a process, open the Lightning Process Builder, expand the detail line for the process and click Delete.
