Summary

Support for progressive dialing with Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice

Agent changes

This package enables support for progressive dialing with Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice. Connect can progress to the next call or next record for the agent to handle based on the progression mode selected for the disposition code.

Supervisor changes

See Configuring progressive dialing in Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice for how to enable progressive dialer with Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice.

Salesforce administrator changes

Lightning Web Security need to be enabled in order to use Progressive dialing with Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice. If Progressive dialer is not enabled in custom settings, dialer will continue to work without enabling Lightning Web Security.
