Installing Vonage Contact Center for Microsoft Dynamics 365

To integrate Vonage Contact Center (VCC) with Microsoft Dynamics 365, you must install the Vonage Contact Center for Microsoft Dynamics 365 app.

Contact Vonage support for the latest version of the Vonage Contact Center (VCC) managed package or go to Microsoft AppSource and install Vonage Contact Center for Microsoft Dynamics 365 from there.
Follow the instructions for installing apps into MS Dynamics 365: Manage Dynamics 365 apps (Microsoft help).
