Installing Advanced Reporting and Statistics
What are the prerequisites for installing Advanced Reporting and Statistics into Salesforce?
Before you can install Advanced Reporting and Statistics into Salesforce, you must perform the following tasks:
- Install and configure Vonage Contact Center in your Salesforce org. For information about installing and configuring Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce, see Installing Vonage Contact Center into Salesforce and Configuring Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce.
- Obtain the following items from Vonage Contact Center:
- URL of the Advanced Reporting and Statistics installation package for Salesforce
- Password for the Advanced Reporting and Statistics installation package for Salesforce
- Ensure that you have enough storage available for data you intend to pull in from Vonage Contact Center. For information about calculating storage requirements, see Calculating storage requirements.
How do I install Advanced Reporting and Statistics into Salesforce?
To install Advanced Reporting and Statistics into Salesforce, perform the following steps:
- Log into the host Salesforce Org.
Open the URL that Vonage Contact Center provides you in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce. The installation page appears.
In the field labelled This app is password protected., type the password that Vonage Contact Center provides you.
Click Install for Admins Only, Install for All Users, or Install for Specific Profiles as appropriate. Click Install.
If you are performing a first-time install, you may be prompted to approve access to the remote sites that hosts the Vonage Contact Center Stats API. Check the details and grant access. Click Continue.
The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.

How do I configure Advanced Reporting and Statistics?
After installing the package, you must configure Advanced Reporting and Statistics to fetch statistics from your Vonage Contact Center account.
