Vonage Contact Center and Salesforce enhanced domains
From the Salesforce Spring '23 release onwards, Salesforce will enforce enhanced domains on all Salesforce instances. Salesforce will start enhancing Sandbox and non-production instances from Winter '23 onwards. For Vonage Contact Center (VCC), this may have an impact on your integration.
You will need to re-link your VCC account to Salesforce if you perform any of the following actions:
- Enable enhanced domains on a sandbox or non-production instance.
- Change your 'My Domain Name' on any instance.

If you want to use a domain suffix that is not the standard domain suffix (*.my.salesforce.com), contact Vonage support to discuss this.
