Clickjack protection support with Connect

When you enable Clickjack protection within your Salesforce organization, in Salesforce Summer '15 release and later, Visualforce custom console and homepage components are unsupported by the platform. This limitation means that the Connect feature, Agent Dialling within Salesforce Classic, no longer works. For this reason, we cannot support Agent Dialling within Salesforce Classic.

The following features do still work and are supported:

  • Dial List management within Salesforce Classic
  • Dial List management within Lightning Experience
  • Agent Dialling within Lightning Experience
