Accessing and navigating Webhooks

How do I access and navigate Webhooks?

The Webhooks area of the Vonage Contact Center admin portal appears within Account Settings and is restricted to admin users. If enabled for your account, log in to Vonage Contact Center and go to Webhooks (within Account Settings). Webhooks appears.

How do I select and view an existing subscription?

When you have accessed Webhooks, if there are no subscriptions in your VCC account, a blank page with a single button to create a new dashboard appears.

If there are subscriptions in your VCC account, available subscriptions appear, by default, in the tile view. If you have previously chosen to view subscriptions in the table view, available subscriptions are presented as a table. You can switch between tile and table views using the tile and table icons.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and will be reapplied next time. Clearing your browser's local storage removes your display mode choice. In either view, click a subscription to view or edit its configuration.
